"In this operation, there are very many things to be thankful for. However, one of the greatest items of thanks is the support that everyone that logs onto the ANYSOLDIER.com site, displays.... It is a site that families, friends, loved ones and supporters can log onto and find themselves lost in the many stories of hope and motivation that is delivered on a daily basis.... There are stories of despair that has turned into relief.... Loss turns into gains.... Grief turns into memories of loved ones past and present.... A site that we ALL can breath a sigh of relief and take a moment to wipe our worries away for just a second as we log on to check of each other.... From the click of a button, we can rest assured a certain special someone is safe and sound... For that we are all thankful... A special thanks goes out from all the soldiers here with me and is directed to the staff that run the ANY SOLIDER.com site... You all make us proud to wake each day and fight the ever changing enemy..."

Murad Sends Holiday Gifts to US Troops
Murad Partners with Red Velvet Media to Fill Soldiers' Product Requests
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. - December 9, 2008 - This holiday season, Murad, Inc. has teamed with Red Velvet Media to send gifts to US troops via Any Soldier ® www.AnySoldier.com, a charitable organization supporting US troops abroad in Iraq. Murad's clinically proven skincare products are being included in care packages designed to help troops protect their skin in the harsh weather conditions of the Middle East. Red Velvet Media chose to respond to the many requests received through Any Soldier for products ranging from books and guitar strings to lip balm. To fulfill the "lip balm" request, Red Velvet Media turned to Murad for the company's expertise in skincare.
Murad gifted Age Reform Soothing Skin and Lip Care balms to both male and female soldiers in Iraq to help bring relief to chapped lips and minor skin irritations. Soothing Skin and Lip Care seals in long-lasting moisture while gently soothing and exfoliating.
Soothing Skin and Lip Care features:
* Petroleum and Vitamin E to condition and help relieve chapped, cracked skin or lips;
* Lanolin to protect skin or lips from the damaging effects of environmental exposure; and
* BHA's to exfoliate to smooth and revitalize.
The Soothing Skin and Lip Care donation was boxed and sent with a variety of other products gathered by Red Velvet Media on December 4, 2008.
Murad, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Howard Murad. M.D., one of the world's foremost authorities on skin health and a pioneer of the clinical skincare movement. All Murad products are based on The Science of Cellular Water™, Dr. Murad's unified theory of health and aging.

Known globally for high performance topical and internal skincare, Murad has grown by producing innovative products that meet the needs of its customers.
